New times for donations at Martlesham and Holywells Retail Centre

As of 7 July 2020, the times for donating items to Martlesham Heath and Holywells Retail Centres are 10am – 2pm, Monday to Saturday.

Supporters will need to place their donations in the branded vans which will be held securely for 72 hours, before being distributed to our shops.

Our friendly team will be checking items before you put them into the van to make sure we can accept them. We cannot accept furniture items at this time.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse donations if we are at full capacity and cannot physically take any more items. Thank you for understanding.
