Each year, it costs around £12 million to deliver all our care services & to run the organisation. 30% of funds are commissioned by the NHS & 70% of our funds have to be raised by us.
We rely on fundraising to help services run across St Elizabeth Hospice, Zest & St Elizabeth East Coast Hospice.
From participating in our events, creating your own fundraiser & shopping with us, you will be helping patients and families to receive free care from hospice services across our region.
St Elizabeth Hospice has been building successful and meaningful partnerships with local businesses for over 30 years.
There are sponsorship opportunities & volunteering days to assist in our shops and in the lead up to our major events, such as Midnight Walk.
We also run corporate events including our Charity Jailbreak & RideFest.
could fund a one-to-one bereavement session for a child or an adult
could fund a Registered Nurse for a day
could fund a 24-hour stay for a patient at the Inpatient Unit
could fund a Zest young adult weekend break & allow parents respite
