What can I donate?

We accept a wide range of donations. However, all donations must be saleableclean and complete.

Donations must also comply with trading standards regulations. For example, have a fire safety label, if needed.

Our furniture collection team will be more than happy to discuss your donation if you have any further queries.

Some examples of accepted furniture donations include, but are not limited to:

Sofas
Coffee Tables
Armchairs
Wardrobes
Cabinets
Drawers
Tables
Desks

What can’t I donate?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept goods which are too worn, broken, incomplete or not resalable in accordance with current trading standards regulations (e.g. no fire safety labels where required under law).

Please note, we can’t accept items which come with the furniture, such as bed mattresses, only the frames and bases are accepted.

Disclaimer: The acceptance of donations is at the discretion of the furniture collection service representative, and we reserve the right to refuse donations for any of the following reasons:

  • The shop or retail centre has reached its storage capacity
  • The donation poses a safety hazard to staff
  • The donation includes items from our exclusion list
  • The donation does not fulfil our acceptance criteria of being saleable, clean and complete
  • The donation does not comply with current trading standards regulations (e.g. fire safety labels would be needed to us to resell the item.)

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
