Hospice wants your unwanted Christmas presents

29 December 2010

If you get any unwanted Christmas presents this year, please think of donating them to St Elizabeth Hospice.

Donations of new or second hand items are needed to resell in the Hospice’s 11 shops across East Suffolk and raise funds for the charity.

If you are updating your furniture this Christmas or New Year, the Hospice would also like to hear from you. Van drivers collect good quality sofas, chairs, tables, and cabinets from homes for free, six days a week.

Retail sales manager Fiona Browning said: “If you have any gifts that weren’t your cup of tea this Christmas we would love to have them to sell in our shops. All proceeds will help St Elizabeth Hospice provide care for patients with a progressive illness and support for their families.”

If you have any furniture that you would like to donate please call 01473 744080.

There are Hospice shops in Ipswich, Felixstowe, Woodbridge, Stowmarket, Hadleigh, Leiston and Saxmundham.
