Donation points open on Tuesday 6 April 2021

Currently, all stores are closed for shopping and donating. You can continue to support us via our online shop, eBay store and Amazon store.

From Tuesday 6 April 2021:

From Tuesday 6 April, Holywells and Martlesham Retail Centres will be accepting drop off donations only, 10am-4pm, Tuesday to Saturday. The stores will not be open for shopping.

Customers must ring the shop ahead of donating so our teams can manage capacity and you can plan your journey.

Please do not leave donations outside of shops.

Please note we reserve the right to refuse donations if we are at full capacity and cannot physically take any more items. Thank you for understanding.

From Monday 12 April 2021:

From Monday 12 April 2021, all St Elizabeth Hospice and Zest stores will reopen fully, in line with government guidance and restrictions and normal trading hours will resume. All shops will be accepting donations. Please ring before you donate. All telephone numbers can be found here.

Opening times may vary for each store, so please check this page before visiting. Shop times will be live on this page from 12 April 2021.

Heath Road Coffee Shop will be operating as a takeaway service only from 10am to 3pm, Monday to Saturday.
