Dine and Donate kicks in to action with 12 local eateries participating!
A super simple idea: local restaurants, pubs and coffee shops are backing St Elizabeth Hospice this summer by prompting customers to add an extra pound to the tab and donate it to the hospice.
The full list of participating eateries signed up to support the hospice so far are:
Arbor House, Aldeburgh Market, Blends Coffee House, Fish Face, Kings Coffee House, The Salutation, The Orwell Hotel in Felixstowe and the Deben Inns Group: The Maybush Inn, The Coach and Horses, The Wilford Bridge, The Butt and Oyster, The Swan and The Fox.
Jazmin Peach, fundraiser for St Elizabeth Hospice, said:
“This is a really easy way for local restaurants, pubs and coffee shops to get behind a good cause and encourage their customers to be generous and support the hospice, too. We’ve launched Dine and Donate with the support of our sponsor, Thomas Ridley Foodservice, and are really pleased to have 12 local businesses involved already, with a huge thank you to the Deben Inns Group for committing six of their pubs to support Dine and Donate this year. We would love to have a few more businesses get involved – there are no limits or restrictions whatsoever.”
