PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO
We use photography and video to help promote the event and also to create memories for those who take part. This comes from a wide range of sources (including other participants and spectators) on a voluntary basis and is sometimes not arranged by St Elizabeth Hospice. If approached by a photographer or videographer we would ask that you participate in good spirits, however if you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please politely decline when approached or bring the matter to the attention of a member of our staff. We do, however, reserve the right to use footage or images supplied to us where you might be included.
By filling in the online form it is assumed that you have read and agreed to the conditions of participation by ticking the checkbox provided.
All Participants must be 10 years or older on the day of the walk.
Pregnant women must consult their doctor (sharing full details of the event) before participating.
St Elizabeth Hospice reserves the right to remove anyone from the event if we suspect they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs or displays any abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards staff, volunteers, participants, spectators, members of the public, vendors or property to maintain safety at all times.
