Meet Captain Jack Carrot, the salty sea-hare who has washed up with his crew on the Suffolk coast. Inspired by the rich maritime history of Ipswich, this playful design sees the sculpture dressed in a frock coat and leather boots complete with red bandanna, eye patch and dagger.
