Our Memory Tree is located at the hospice in Ipswich and is a place dedicated in memory of loved ones who have received care from our St Elizabeth Hospice team.

You are welcome to view our Memory Tree anytime.

What is the Memory Tree?

Our Memory Tree is made of a solid hand-carved bronze trunk and branches and decorated with coloured gold, silver and copper leaves with a foundation of bronze rocks.

Each leaf and rock is engraved with the name of a loved one who has died, making a poignant focal point within the hospice building, symbolising the many precious memories you have.

The Memory Tree is situated in the heart of the hospice in Ipswich, located by Reflections, our dedicated quiet room.

The name of the person you are remembering will be engraved on a coloured silver, gold or copper leaf or bronze rock, and displayed on our Memory Tree for one, two or five years.

At the end of the display period, you will be given the opportunity to renew the display of your precious leaf or rock, or have it returned for you to keep.

How much does it cost to dedicate?

All proceeds from the Memory Tree go towards our outstanding care to patients and families across our region.

By dedicating to the Memory Tree, not only will you have a meaningful tribute, you will be helping to fund our care for today, tomorrow & into the future.

Our team are happy to discuss payment options if you would prefer to pay in instalments.
