Volunteer Role Description
We are now recruiting for a volunteer administrator to help with a variety of admin and IT tasks to support our busy Volunteer Team. These will include –
- dealing with emails, post and phone calls
- recording information on Excel spreadsheets
- using the hospice database to create and maintain volunteer records (training will be given)
If you have some experience in administration, good organisational skills with attention to detail and can work well as part of a team, we would love to hear from you! We have shifts available on a Tuesday afternoon, Friday morning or Friday afternoon.
All volunteers will receive training to support them in their role.
St Elizabeth Hospice has a volunteer mileage/expenses policy which allows volunteers to claim expenses and mileage incurred whilst carrying out their role for the hospice.
