Volunteer Therapy Team Administration Assistant

Our Therapy Team are looking for a volunteer to assist with a variety of admin tasks. If you have a few hours to spare, we would love to hear from you!

We are now recruiting for a volunteer administration assistant to help with a variety of admin and IT tasks to support our Therapy Team. Tasks could include –

  • assisting with follow up phone calls, letters and data entry
  • helping with audits of service, including data inputting and analysis

If you are confident using Microsoft Teams, Word and Excel and have good organisational skills this is the role for you! We have two half day shifts available on a Tuesday and a Thursday.

All volunteers will receive training to support them in their role.

St Elizabeth Hospice has a volunteer mileage/expenses policy which allows volunteers to claim expenses and mileage incurred whilst carrying out their role for the hospice.
