Recycle & Fundraise

Turn your everyday waste into funds to support our work and help us to provide care to people living with life-limiting and progressive illness.

How can I help?

Recycling is a really easy way to fundraise for St Elizabeth Hospice – plus you’ll be saving the planet!

Printer Cartridges

Help us by recycling your empty ink cartridges are mounting up.  Did you know that you can recycle your cartridges through Recycle4Charity and raise money for the hospice.

There are two easy ways to do this:

  • Register directly with Recyle4charity
  • Print the label and send your cartridges
  • Money is sent to St Elizabeth Hospice

Its easy and fast to do and within no time your cartridges will earn us money.

Stamps

Donate your stamp collections, used and new stamps to the hospice and we can in turn this into cash to support our work.

Instead of just throwing used envelopes away, save the corner with the stamp on and give it to us. We have a team of volunteers who sort through them and sell to dealers, collectors and on eBay. Any stamps will do – vintage stamps, First Class, Second Class, special edition and foreign!

Get in touch to discuss further or send them directly to the hospice or taken them to your nearest shop.

Mobile Phone Sales

Sadly we cannot recycle your phone for you. But why not sell and donate the money to St Elizabeth Hospice?

This can be done via eBay – just select the proceeds to come to St Elizabeth Hospice.

Or you can try Envirophone, Music Magpie, Gumtree or Facebook Market Place.

Furniture

Did you know we accept a wide range of furniture donations and can arrange to collect?

However, all donations must be saleable, clean and complete and must also comply with trading standards regulations.
