As of 18 September, we are pleased to announce that the following locations will be accepting donations from 10am – 1pm, Monday to Saturday:
- Heath Road – Units 1 – 3 Heath Road, Ipswich, IP4 5RZ
- Stowmarket – 12B Bury Street, Stowmarket, IP14 1HA
- Halesworth – 63 Thoroughfare , Halesworth, IP19 8AR
All stores will be open until 4pm for shopping.
IMPORTANT: We’d hate for you to have a wasted trip if we cannot accept donations due to capacity. To help our staff and volunteers, and you planning your trip, please ring the stores above BEFORE you visit with donations. Telephone numbers are detailed below.

Please note our furniture operation is suspended until further notice.
Our Martlesham and Holywells Retail Centres continue to accept donations Monday to Saturday, 10am – 1pm.
You do not need to ring ahead of time if you are donating to these locations.
