Losing a loved one is such a difficult part of our lives. With Material Memories your loved one’s favourite clothes can be handcrafted into a personal keepsake bear that can sit with you every day.
Each bear costs £40 and includes a suggested donation of £20 to St Elizabeth Hospice. A £20 deposit is required upon making your order. For further information please call the fundraising team on 01473 723600 or email us on fundraising@stelizabethhospice.org.uk.
How to order your bear:
1. Call 01473 723600 to make an appointment at the hospice with the Individual Giving Team who will meet with you to receive your items on the list below:
- Order form (this can be requested by contacting us, or downloading the form on this page)
- Item(s) of clothing (a maximum of four materials)
- All clothing freshly laundered on delivery
- Suggested donation of £20 order deposit
2. We will carefully make your Material Memories bear. Please allow 12 weeks for your unique bear to be made.
3. On completion of your bear(s), the Individual Giving Team will contact you to arrange an appointment at the hospice to receive your special keepsake bear and to pay the final balance of £20.
