Suffolk Remembers returns on

Friday 21 June 2024

Each year on Suffolk Day, 21 June, 9pm-10pm, we come together to mark Suffolk Remembers.

Suffolk Remembers is a unique event where everyone is welcome, not just those who have previously used the hospice’s services, to remember loved ones who are no longer with us.

Celebrate the life of your loved one by dedicating a candle and see it displayed in the letters which spell out 'Suffolk Remembers' at Felixstowe Seafront Gardens. During the evening, listen to readings and live music as we come together for our special hospice In Memory event.

Suffolk Remembers is a free event, sponsored by East of England Co-op Funeral Services.

If you are dedicating a candle, we kindly ask for a donation to the hospice to help continue our care in the community, supporting patients and their families across East Suffolk.

The candles will be displayed from Friday 21 June, until 1pm on Monday 24 June.

Your donation will enable our LivingGrief team to train and supervise bereavement volunteers who carry out supportive welfare calls to bereaved people who do not necessarily need one-to-one counselling.
