Personal Care After Death (2025)
This session focuses on personal care after death;
- You will gain an understanding of what to do when an individual dies, in regards to the legalities around care after death and the process with links to advance care planning.
- You will explore religious/cultural customs in care after death.
- You will learn about the stages of loss and grief.
Suitable for Health Care Assistants and any other health care professionals who administer personal care after death.

- 7th October 2025 from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm at St Elizabeth Hospice, 565 Foxhall Road, Ipswich, IP3 8LX

It is important for Hospice Education that we are able to include everyone with different backgrounds and make the education experience accessible for all. Parking
Parking is limited at all 3 hospice sites so we ask that you park in accordance with the highway code as poor parking creates a reputational risk for the hospices with our neighbours . Thank you for your consideration.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact us at the earliest opportunity. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for the cancellation of our courses. For cancellations within 48 hours of the event, any course fee paid will be retained. Fees will also be retained if you do not attend the session on the set date. All courses are subject to change or cancellation suitable notification will be provided.
