Frailty and its links to Palliative Care (2025)
This three-hour workshop provides health and social care professionals with the essential building blocks for assessing frailty and how to construct a range of approaches and interventions to best support individual needs. Attendees will have the opportunity to discuss what is understood by the term frailty and to explore the links to palliative care.
On completion of the course, you will:
- Have increased confidence in recognising frailty and its causes
- Develop an understanding of how frailty is assessed
- Be aware of frailty interventions and services available
- Be aware of how frailty links with palliative care
- Be able to apply learning from the workshop and identify areas for further development of your own practice.

Cancellation Policy
Please contact us at the earliest opportunity. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for the cancellation of our courses. For cancellations within 48 hours of the event, any course fee paid will be retained. Fees will also be retained if you do not attend the session on the set date. All courses are subject to change or cancellation suitable notification will be provided.
