Advance Care Planning and Awareness of the ReSPECT Process (2025)
This three hour workshop will provide attendees with the knowledge required to support individuals and their families to understand and engage with the components of advance care planning.
By the end of the session attendees will be able to:
- Recognise how advance care planning conversations can support the individual to live as they choose
- Explain the guidance in the completion of advance care planning and ReSPECT documentation
- Identify approaches to discuss advance care planning with individuals and their families
- Demonstrate how to interpret a ReSPECT form in an emergency situation.

- Wednesday 11th June from 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm at The Education Department, St Elizabeth Hospice, 565 Foxhall Road, Ipswich, IP3 8LX
- Wednesday 10th September from 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm at The Education Department, St Elizabeth Hospice, 565 Foxhall Road, Ipswich, IP3 8LX

Cancellation Policy
Please contact us at the earliest opportunity. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for the cancellation of our courses. For cancellations within 48 hours of the event, any course fee paid will be retained. Fees will also be retained if you do not attend the session on the set date. All courses are subject to change or cancellation suitable notification will be provided.
