Our sessions provide a safe space for caregivers to connect with others caring for a loved one with a life-limiting illness.
Led by St Elizabeth Hospice’s counsellors and the emotional wellbeing team, you will be able to connect with others in similar circumstances, share personal experiences and support each other.

Different topics are covered each week by the hospice team. We expect you to attend all 6 sessions but we understand if you can only attend a few.
Sessions are available in person at St Elizabeth Hospice in Ipswich on Foxhall Road and at the Louise Hamilton Centre located in Great Yarmouth.
St Elizabeth Hospice can match you with a volunteer to sit with the person you care for while you attend the group.
Hot and cold drinks are provided at both our locations in Ipswich & Great Yarmouth.
There are six sessions per group block, which we expect you to attend all 6 sessions but we understand if you can only attend a few.
