When you find an item that interests you; click the name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item.

 

If you want to order an item, choose a quantity and click the 'Add to Basket' button. Once you've added an item to your basket, you can continue shopping or click the 'Proceed to checkout' button.

 

You can access the contents of your basket at any time by clicking the 'View basket' button. You can also delete items from your basket by clicking the 'Remove' button.

 

When you're ready to complete your order click the 'Proceed to checkout' button where you will need to complete a form detailing your personal information and billing and delivery addresses.

 

You can decide whether you would like to give us a donation on top of your purchase. Remember, if you are a UK taxpayer, by ticking the Gift Aid box you can increase the value of your donation by at least a quarter - at no additional cost to you.

A delivery charge of £5.50 will be added to your purchase.

 

When you are ready, click the 'Continue' button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email and you should receive your items within 10 working days.

We use Royal Mail and other carefully selected couriers to deliver items. The delivery charge is £5.50 and you should receive your items within 10 working days. Unfortunately we are only able to deliver orders to UK mainland addresses.

If you order over the phone or online you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of delivery.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with any item you have ordered, just return it, if possible in the original packaging, within seven days of the date of receipt and we will refund your money or send you a replacement.

Unfortunately, we are not able to claim Gift Aid on any purchase you make from us. However, if you are a UK taxpayer, we can, with your permission, claim Gift Aid on any donation you make to us, or have made to us in the past four years. Please remember to tick the Gift Aid box when you make a donation to us.

No, Christmas cards and goods are sold in all of our thirty one shops, in the hospice reception or you can download and complete the form below to order your cards.
