Online Ticket Orders
Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned. If E-Tickets have been purchased it is the purchaser’s responsibility to print all of the tickets they have ordered and to check that they are the correct tickets.
Any problems must be reported immediately to the St Elizabeth Hospice office firstname.lastname@example.org
Mistakes cannot be rectified at the gate. The ticket purchaser is responsible for ordering to ensure timely receipt of their ticket. Customers are advised to check their purchase upon receipt. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the St Elizabeth Hospice of any change of address, contact phone number or email address, both before and after receipt of your tickets. Please note that our preferred method of contact for customers ordering online is by email, so care should be taken to provide a current, valid email address. For online ticket queries email email@example.com
Tickets are valid for one day of the applicable event only.
In the event of tickets failing to arrive, contact should be made with our office firstname.lastname@example.org to allow us to double check our records and agree a suitable method for despatching replacement tickets, if applicable.
E-tickets can be printed by the customer and can be re-printed should they be lost or misplaced. E-tickets can also be presented on a device. St Elizabeth Hospice will not be responsible for the printing of E-tickets.
E-tickets can be scanned out and back in of the event if participant needs to leave and re-enter.
Please note, all tickets are scanned at entry to the event and strictly only one admittance per ticket will be allowed. Customers are responsible for the security of their printed E-Tickets and ensuring that copies are not used by other parties to gain access to the event. Once an E-Ticket has been scanned on entry further copies of the same E-Ticket will not gain entry.
Once tickets have been purchased, no duplicates will be issued or any refund made in respect of any lost, forgotten or unused tickets.
Cancellation or Abandonment of the Event
Should the event be cancelled or abandoned details of our cancellation policy will be communicated and will be dependent on the type, duration and reasons for cancellation. Any refund decisions made by the St Elizabeth Hospice will be final. Should the St Elizabeth Hospice determine that a refund is applicable customers who have purchased tickets or E-Tickets will be invited to submit their unused tickets for a refund. If applicable, refunds will be made against purchased tickets that have not been scanned.
