Retail reopening dates

St Elizabeth Hospice is pleased to announce a phased reopening of their charity shops across the region.

Starting on the 1 July 2020, Martlesham Heath and Holywells Retail Centres will be open for customers and will be accepting good quality donations between 10am – 4pm, Monday to Saturday.

Please note our furniture operation is suspended until further notice.

Heath Road shop will also be open 10am – 4pm, Monday to Saturday, however the café will remain closed and will not be accepting donations.

Donating

If you’d like to donate items, there will be St Elizabeth vans at both Martlesham and Holywells. Supporters will need to place their donations in the branded van which will be held securely for 72 hours, before being distributed to our shops.

Please do not leave donations outside any of our shops.

Martlesham Retail Centre address: Gloster Road, Martlesham, IP5 3RD

Holywells Retail Centre address: Units 4-5 Holywells Road, Ipswich, IP3 0DL

Visiting

For visitors to our stores, hand sanitizer will be available upon entering and leaving the shop. Customers must adhere to the social distancing rules when shopping and queuing. All shops have contactless payment – we recommend using this method when purchasing products rather than cash.

All other stores will be opening in a phased manner:

1 July 2020: Martlesham Retail Centre, Holywells Retail Centre and Heath Road (café not open)

6 July 2020: Stowmarket, Halesworth and Meredith Road

13 July 2020: Zest Ipswich, Dog Head Street, Wickham Market, Saxmundham and our eBay and Amazon sites will recommence

20 July 2020: Zest Depop site recommence

1 August 2020: All other stores to open
