Pedal for Pounds Facebook Challenge Launches!
Love cycling? This new fundraising challenge could be for you!
St Elizabeth Hospice has launched their first Facebook Challenge, asking people to Pedal for Pounds and cycle 175 miles in aid of the charity for the month of September 2023.
70% of our clinical care is provided in patients’ place of residence, whether that’s their home or care home. Participants are asked to pedal to raise a minimum of £148 for the hospice – which could provide two home visits by one of the hospice’s Community Nurse Specialists to a patient requiring our care.
