Hospice’s expansion plans to be outlined at AGM tonight
Future plans to expand St Elizabeth Hospice’s services across a wider geographical area will be outlined at the charity’s annual general meeting.
A strategy to reach out to more patients in Waveney and Great Yarmouth is due to be announced by Chairman Sam Wilson at the meeting on Thursday 29th September.
In addition, the Hospice is delighted to announce the guest speaker at the AGM will be Tom Hughes-Hallett, Chair of the Palliative Care Funding Review and Chief Executive of Marie Curie Cancer Care.
Business people, charity workers and Hospice supporters are welcome to attend the annual general meeting from 6.30pm at Trinity Park in Ipswich.

The evening will also include a review of the Hospice’s achievements during the last year.
St Elizabeth Hospice is an independent charity which improves life for people in Suffolk living with a progressive illness and provides family support. This year it merged with Waveney Hospice Care and is seeking new ways of improving hospice services in Waveney and Great Yarmouth.
