Hospice to Host Recruitment Open Day
Independent Suffolk charity, St Elizabeth Hospice is welcoming all to attend a recruitment open day this September to learn more about job and career opportunities available at the hospice.
Taking place at the hospice, on 24th September between 10am-4pm, the open day invites everyone to visit the hospice to speak with the hospice team and find out more about the charity which every year cares for more than 3,000 patients and their families throughout East Suffolk, Great Yarmouth and Waveney who are living with progressive and life-limiting illnesses.
From catering and work in the hospice’s retail shops across Norfolk and Suffolk through to clinical jobs on the hospice inpatient unit and nursing roles in the community or working for the hospice’s young adult Zest service as well as volunteering roles, there is a diverse range of opportunities suitable for many skillsets.
Carl Chittock, People Business Partner at St Elizabeth Hospice, said: “The hospice is a real community organisation, as without the continued support of local people, we would not be the hospice you see today.
“We look forward to welcoming all who are interested in learning about the job opportunities we have at the hospice. So please do come along and speak with our teams over refreshments to find out how your skillset could help your local hospice.”
The recruitment open day takes place on Saturday 24 September, 10am – 4pm, Ridley’s Atrium at St Elizabeth Hospice, Foxhall Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP3 8LX.
