Christmas Day Dip 2025 Cancelled
Christmas Day Dip cancelled due to high winds
Due to today’s weather conditions, we are very sorry to inform you that we have made the difficult decision to cancel the Christmas Day Dip 2025.
Following advice from the appropriate agencies, it has been determined that it is not safe to proceed with the event due to the high winds. The safety of our participants, volunteers and staff is always our top priority and this decision was not taken lightly.
We are currently looking to postpone the event to 2026. Once a new date is confirmed, your registration will automatically rollover, and we will be in touch with further details by email.
While we do not usually offer refunds, we understand that this situation is completely outside of everyone’s control. If you are unable to attend on the new date, we will be happy to offer a refund of your registration fee. More information on this will be included in our next communication to participants.
We know this news will be a huge disappointment for many of you. The Christmas Day Dip is a much-loved tradition for families, and for many participants it holds deep personal meaning as a way to remember loved ones. We are truly sorry to have to make this announcement so close to the event.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We hope you still have a very Merry Christmas, and we look forward to welcoming you back in 2026.
