An invitation to attend the ’Transforming End of Life Care in Suffolk’ event.

22 March 2018
Do you have a professional or personal interest in improving end of life care in Suffolk?  If so, St Elizabeth Hospice would like to invite you to attend an expert led discussion at the University of Suffolk on the evening of April 23.

The event ‘Transforming End of Life Care in Suffolk’ will give the audience an opportunity to join in a panel discussion on the subject of end of life care with leading figures in the field. There will also be the opportunity to learn more about the hospice’s upcoming community appeal “There’s No Place Like Home”– which is aimed at helping people who don’t want or need to be in hospital at the end of life back in to their own homes.

The panel for the evening will be hosted by St Elizabeth Hospice Chief Executive Mark Millar who will be joined by Dame Clare Marx – former President of the Royal College of Surgeons, Nick Hulme – Chief Executive of Ipswich and Colchester Hospitals, Sarah Godfrey – St Elizabeth Hospice Community Manager  and  Dr Jane Collins the Chief Executive of Marie Curie.

The evening will commence at 6.00pm with welcome drinks and the panel discussion will begin at 6.30pm and last for approximately one hour. After the discussion there will be refreshments and an opportunity to network.
