Accumulator Challenge for St Elizabeth Hospice kicks off
St Elizabeth Hospice’s second Accumulator Challenge was launched on September 11 and is set to raise thousands of pounds to fund care for local people living with a progressive illness and support for their families.
The teams gathered in the garden of the Hospice in Foxhall Road, Ipswich, to be given their stake.
They will have three months to turn it in to as much profit as possible in any safe and legal way they wish!
Sponsor Eddie Burgess, of The Burgess Group, handed the teams their cash and wished them well in their endeavours.

The Hospice’s Business Partnerships Team Leader Sarah Archer said: “The gloves are now off, all teams can be as creative as they like and come up with fun and wacky ways to raise lots of money with their £50 stake.
“Our first Accumulator Challenge earlier this year was very popular, raising £9,000 and we would love that target to be smashed!
“St Elizabeth Hospice costs millions of pounds a year to run and we rely on fundraising and donations from local businesses and the wider community.”
At the end of the three months there will an awards and Thank You evening and a profile of the winning organisation published in Business East Monthly.
