Volunteer Furniture Administrators – Martlesham Retail Centre, IP5 3RD
Volunteer Role Description
We are looking for Volunteer Administrators to cover our telephone line at our Martlesham Retail centre. Tasks include taking calls, arranging collections and deliveries of donated furniture and completing associated paperwork for the delivery drivers and office records.
The telephone line is open from Monday – Saturday. We are looking for a minimum of a morning or afternoon on one of those days.
If you have some experience in office administration, a confident telephone manner and good organisational skills, we would love to hear from you! Geographical knowledge of the local area would also be a great help.
All volunteers will receive training to support them in their role.
St Elizabeth Hospice has a volunteer mileage/expenses policy which allows volunteers to claim expenses and mileage incurred whilst carrying out their role for the hospice.
