Light Up a Life – Great Yarmouth Minster

We understand that the loss of a loved one can be felt more deeply during Christmas.

A special time of remembrance and reflection with St Elizabeth Hospice.

Arthur Jary & Sons will be holding Carols & Candles services this December. These services will be an opportunity to enjoy carols, readings, and music while paying tribute to your loved ones.

There is no need to book this event.
This traditional service is open to everyone and does not require a ticket.

Services will take place on:

• Wednesday 9 December, 6.30pm at Great Yarmouth Minster
• Thursday 10 December, 5.30 pm at St Mark’s Church, Oulton Broad
• Friday 18 December, 5.30pm at St Peter’s Catholic Church, Gorleston-On-Sea

With carols, readings and music, it will be a thoughtful time to gather, reflect and pay tribute to those who hold a special place in your heart.

Please note that there may be some filming at the event for promotional purposes by the St Elizabeth Hospice team.

Dedicate to our Tree of Love

We invite you to write a personal message to your loved one/s on special Memory Stars which will be displayed on the Tree of Love at the Church. You can dedicate online to have your star included, with a donation to the hospice so we can care for more patients and families this Christmas.

Your donation

£21.30 – could provide a home cooked Christmas dinner for a patient and someone they love, helping a family share Christmas Day together.

£32 – could fund an hour of expert nursing care, helping a patient feel comfortable so they can focus on being with the people they love.

£55 – could provide specialist advice through out 24/7 OneCall service, helping three families access expert support when they need it this Christmas.
