Congratulations to the hospice’s former Director of Patient Services, Verity Jolly, who has been named as the winner of the Stars of Suffolk – Lifetime Commitment to the Community Award.
The award, hosted by the East Anglian Daily Times, recognises those who have dedicated their life to the local community and who excel in everything they do.
Verity, who retired earlier this month after working for the hospice for 35 years, said: “It was a lovely occasion, full of great examples of community spirit. I feel honoured to have received this brilliant award.”
