Remember and celebrate your loved ones this Christmas at our Light up a Life events

Christmas is a time for giving and sharing with others. Christmas can also be a time for remembering loved ones.

St Elizabeth Hospice’s Light up a Life appeal gives the opportunity to celebrate the life of loved ones by dedicating a light in their memory on one of the Hospice’s Christmas trees.

Once again this year there is the opportunity to dedicate a light in a loved one’s memory online on our virtual Christmas Tree.

St Elizabeth Hospice will be holding five events over the festive period to remember and celebrate the life of loved ones, not just those touched by Hospice care. They are suitable for all the family and include carols and a moment for reflection.

Light up a Life Events are free to attend, no ticket is needed just turn up on the day. They will be held on the following dates:

Sunday 30th November:
4pm St Michael’s Church, Framlingham

Sunday 7th December:

Sunday 14th December:

Thursday 18th December:

Revd Jo Perry, St Elizabeth Hospice’s chaplain, said: “Christmas is a time for giving and sharing, a moment for enjoying being with your family members and loved ones. But it is also a time for reflecting on the lives of loved ones we have lost, remembering these special people and the cherished memories that we hold dear to our heart.

“St Elizabeth Hospice’s Light up a Life events are open to everyone and give us an opportunity to come together as a community to celebrate the lives of those we love and remember those who are no longer with us.”

You can pick up a Special Memories Card from any St Elizabeth Hospice shop or the Hospice or call 01473 723600.
