Hospice care week runs from Monday 3 – Sunday 9 October and has been set up to raise the profile of hospice care.
Throughout Hospice Care Week we will be sharing stories of patients, staff, volunteers and supporters to help tell the story of what hospice care is.

We are asking hospice supporters to get on social media and let everybody know what #HospiceCareIs to them, together we can dispel myths about hospice care and spread the message far and wide.
