Enjoy the lovely weather this weekend and support the Hospice

St Elizabeth Hospice Motorcycle Run Sunday 26th June 10am
Over 200 bikers have already signed up for the annual Motorcycle Run and hundreds more are expected to register on the day.
Bikers will set off at 10am from Stonham Barns, near Stowmarket, and finish at the Felixstowe Motorcycle Show in Felixstowe town centre.
The event is supported Suffolk Advanced Motorcyclists and Orwell Motorcycles in Ipswich.
It costs just £5 to take part and bikers are encouraged to get sponsorship. Bikers cannot take part unless they have registered and registration is from 9am.

Orwell Walk Sunday 26th June
Good luck to all the walkers taking part in the Orwell Walk in aid of St Elizabeth Hospice. The event, which is organised by the Rotary Club of Ipswich East, is now in its 35th year
Walkers can choose to walk up to 25 miles, but essentially there is an 12 mile route, an 18 mile route and a 25 mile route. The route passes through some of the most delightful countryside in Suffolk and begins and finishes at Amberfield School in Ipswich.

St Peter’s Street Summer Market  Sunday 26th June 10am – 4pm
Look out for the Hospice stall at the St Peter’s Street Summer Market on Sunday. We will be selling a range of vintage and retro items. The unique and exciting outdoor market hosts a selection of stalls showcasing a diverse range of local art and design, contemporary craft, vintage items and food. The businesses along St Peter’s Street will also be opening their doors and there will be live music and events courtesy of the Ip-Art festival.
We have also started selling sought-after retro clothes and homeware in the Hospice Shop in Dog’s Head Street. The Vintage and Retro collection will be in store from 9am-4.30pm Monday to Saturday.

Open Gardens
Saturday 25th June 10am-4pm Ramsey village open gardens, near Harwich, Essex CO12 5HN
Programmes £3 per adult, under 16s free
Gardens open include Colville, Lupins Corner Garden, Bridge House, Poppy Cottage, Keebles, Cherries, Mill Field, 3, 4 and 5 Lucas Cottages, the Old Barn and Whitehouse Farm. Toilets, a raffle and refreshments will be available at Cherries.
Children allowed with adult supervision. Dogs allowed on a lead to some gardens – please check at each individual garden.  Car parking is being provided in the paddock ‘Ramsey Bridge Stables’.
All donations are in aid of St Elizabeth Hospice which funds Hospice At Home.

Sunday 26th June 2pm – 6pm Barham Hall, Church Lane, Barham, Ipswich IP6 0PT
Entry fee adults £3.00 and children £1.50
Five acres of immaculate lawns, borders, ponds, waterfalls, woodland garden trees, azaleas and many wild flowers. Suitable for wheelchairs. Afternoon tea, coffee, cakes and ice cream available as well as plant stall.

Open garden featuring various stalls including a clothes stall, book stall, draw and bird name game. The garden features a fish pond and water features at the front and back. Car parking available at Parham village hall.
