A Wedding Room is now open at the St Elizabeth Hospice shop in Dog’s Head Street, Ipswich, with an array of bridal party outfits for sale for a limited time only.
The Hospice shop has around 60 wedding dresses on sale in a range of styles, some unworn, vintage and designer gowns.
The whole bridal party is catered for with men’s suits, mother-of-the-bride outfits and bridesmaid dresses, as well as shoes, hats, veils and other accessories also for sale.
Shop Manager, Cerys Lugo-Packman, said: “With wedding season coming up, we hope brides and their families will consider taking a look at the gowns and outfits we have here, which are a fraction of the price they will be in a normal wedding shop, and most are in incredibly good condition – some even unworn.
“With school proms and summer balls coming up, we’ve also got some lovely prom dresses available, which are already proving very popular. All the money we raise from the Wedding Room will help provide local Hospice care for local people.”
The collection of wedding dresses range in price from £30-£250 and includes a Jenny Packham designer dress and a gown designed by Helen Marina, designer of the year in 2000 and 2001, which still has the tag on it.
The Wedding Room will be open for the next few weeks, Monday to Saturday, 9am – 4.30pm.
