Why should I volunteer?

• It's fun! There's a huge range of opportunities from putting outfits together, attending festivals like Latitude and working on our Depop store.
• Gain confidence & new skills. Build your CV and social skills by volunteering with us. From customer service, merchandising and social media management, we will guide you along the way.
• Work with a great team. Join like-minded people who are passionate about sustainable fashion and supporting the local community. We also hold socials so you can get to know everyone a bit more!
• Support sustainable fashion. Buying secondhand fashion is one the best ways to be sustainable. We’re trying to change the way people think about charity shops by creating a curated selection of donated clothing and homewares displayed aesthetically. By volunteering, you’ll be helping us to encourage more people to shop secondhand and become more eco-conscious.
• Make a difference. By giving some of your time in to volunteer in one of our shops you’re helping to support young adults with life-limiting conditions using our service at St Elizabeth Hospice.
