Retail Support Manager 

Hours:  22.5 hours

St Elizabeth Hospice improves life for people in east Suffolk living with a progressive or terminal illness. Our work is centred on an individual’s needs, which means specialist support, whenever and wherever it is needed, whether at home, in the community or at the hospice. Through medicine and therapy we ease pain; we give life purpose and make life liveable.

Do you have previous experience in a busy administrative role? Are you motivated and highly organised? St Elizabeth Hospice is looking for a Retail Support Manager to provide administrative and hands on support to the retail team.

The postholder will be required to:

  • Ensure all routine administrative duties are fulfilled to ensure the daily operation of the retail department are met
  • Manage all annual retail compliance and audits
  • Support the Retail Operations Manager with retail projects, new shop openings and refits as required
  • Produce and report on sales statistics for the management team

The successful applicant will work from both our retail offices at Bramford Road and Heath Road, Ipswich.

Successful candidates must have full driving licence and access to own transport.
