If so, come join the Care Coordinator team at St Elizabeth Hospice, working as part of our Palliative Care Coordination Hub, alongside our community team, which includes clinical nurse specialists, registered nurses and healthcare assistants. You will provide first class administrative support to the team, taking calls on our OneCall advice line and assisting with coordination of patient care.
As part of the expansion of our services, we have various hours available, with shifts covering 7 days a week on a rota basis, some of which will predominantly be supporting our Community Health Care assistant team.

Starting salary £20,964, plus enhancements for unsocial hours, generous holidays and benefits package.
