Professional Values and Principles of Effective Management
This training session will focus on the importance of professional values and effective management in the workplace. We will explore key professional values such as integrity, respect, accountability, and teamwork, and discuss how these principles underpin a positive workplace. Additionally, the session will provide effective management principles, including clear communication, active listening, fostering engagement and motivation teams and individuals. By the end of the session, participants will be better equipped to demonstrate professional behaviour and lead teams successfully in a dynamic work environment.
By engaging in these discussions and activities, participants will develop a deeper working knowledge of how professional values and effective management principles contribute to a thriving workplace.

- Tuesday 23rd June from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm at The Education Department, St Elizabeth Hospice, 565 Foxhall Road, Ipswich, IP3 8LX
- Tuesday 6th October from 9.00 am to 12.00 pm at The Learning & Development Centre, St Helena Hospice, Barncroft Close, Highwoods, England, CO4 9JU
The cost of the session is £60.00 per person.

Parking
Parking is limited at all 3 hospice sites so we ask that you park in accordance with the highway code as poor parking creates a reputational risk for the hospices with our neighbours . Due to the residential location of St Helena Hospice, please take note of restricted parking areas along with overflow parking option and footpath route to the hospice. Thank you for your consideration.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact us at the earliest opportunity. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for the cancellation of our courses. For cancellations within 48 hours of the event, any course fee paid will be retained. Fees will also be retained if you do not attend the session on the set date. All courses are subject to change or cancellation suitable notification will be provided.
