End of Life Care for Registered Professionals (2025)

This is aimed at Registered professionals that work or have an interest in End of life Care  and caring for individuals that are reaching the dying phase . This session clarifies terminology used at end of life and reviews the 5 priorities of care.  Identifies the common symptoms at end of life and compares pharmacological and non-pharmacological management of these symptoms.  Review coping mechanisms  of the family and the carer when supporting the “dying person “

Tuesday 4th March 2025 from 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm at The Education Centre, St Elizabeth Hospice, Ipswich, IP3 8LX

The cost of the session is £50.00 plus VAT

It is important for Hospice Education that we are able to include everyone with different backgrounds and make the education experience accessible for all.  If you have any special requirements or need any reasonable adjustments to be made please email training@hospiceeducation.org.uk in advance of attending the training.

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us at the earliest opportunity. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for the cancellation of our courses. For cancellations within 48 hours of the event, any course fee paid will be retained. Fees will also be retained if you do not attend the session on the set date. All courses are subject to change or cancellation suitable notification will be provided.
