Would you like to be involved in St Elizabeth Hospice’s biggest fundraiser of the year?
We need marshals along the route to encourage our amazing participants and help them complete their 7 mile challenge. Marshals will be allocated a point along the route in central Ipswich. All marshals will be posted in a minimum of pairs. Bring friends or family to volunteer with you and we can ensure that you are posted together. Please note: volunteers must be 18 or over. Anyone aged 14 to 17 can volunteer alongside an adult.
By giving up your time as a volunteer, you will be helping St Elizabeth Hospice to raise much needed funds to continue supporting the local community.
St Elizabeth Hospice has a volunteer mileage/expenses policy which allows volunteers to claim expenses and mileage incurred whilst carrying out their role for the hospice.

At events we use photography and video to help promote the event and also to create memories for those who take part. This comes from a wide range of sources (including other participants and spectators) on a voluntary basis and is sometimes not arranged by St Elizabeth Hospice. Publicity consent is not sought at events; however, if approached by a photographer or videographer we would ask that you participate in good spirits, if you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please politely decline when approached or bring the matter to the attention of a member of our staff. We do, however, reserve the right to use footage or images supplied to us where you might be included.
