An interesting role has been created, arranging collections and deliveries of donated furniture.
So we are now looking for a team of Volunteer Administrators to cover our telephone line at Holywells Retail Centre, Ipswich, taking calls and arranging schedules.
The line is open from Monday – Saturday The volunteer administrators will also complete associated paperwork for the delivery drivers and for our own records.
Experience in office administration, a confident manner and good organisational skills are important qualities to be successful in this role.
A geographical knowledge of the local area would also be a great help.
Hours can be discussed at interview, minimum of a morning or afternoon would be required, a complete day or more would be ideal.
