From humble beginnings St Elizabeth Hospice has become part of the fabric of Suffolk for the last 30 years.

There is no escaping it, death is a reality.  It’s devastating and heart-breaking but we believe that the real tragedy is life not lived to the full. Here at St Elizabeth Hospice we are interested in the life people have remaining to them. Our work is about restoring hope, easing pain, giving life purpose and making life liveable.  

Since we opened our doors in 1989 we’ve had the privilege to care for 28,000 patients and we’re only just getting started. Now we care for over 2,000 patients a year helping them to live the life they choose, for as long as they can.  Every last one of them has received treatment tailored to their specific set of conditions and circumstances.  

Now standing on the threshold of our 30th Anniversary, these are momentous times, we see the possibilities before us, to innovate and seek new ways to develop our care more effectively and to help more people. 

But we need your support to do it.

Celebrating 30 years of progress and innovation.

In 2019, we are inviting businesses to partner with us to become a 30th Anniversary Partner We will offer you the opportunity to create a bespoke partnership to meet the aims and objectives of both your business and your staff development. You will work closely with an account executive to make sure these objectives are met.

Did you know that in recent research, conducted by Forresters, it was found that that most consumers think businesses should support charities. When faced with a choice between two companies that offered products and services for the same price, 82 % said their decision would be affected by whether a company engaged with charities and its local community.

St Elizabeth Hospice offers a range of sponsorship opportunities that reach a wide variety of potential customer demographics to help promote brand awareness to new audiences or reinforce it to an existing target market. 

With a dedicated account manager your sponsorship package will be carefully selected to meet your criteria and will offer you a range of benefits which can:

Accumulator Challenge


What could you do with £50? 

And its back! After being on a break the Accumulator Challenge is returning in 2019 for our 30th anniversary. So get creative, get excited and be prepared to have a lot of fun!

One month and anything goes, as long as it’s safe and legal. In the past we have seen:

Dine and Donate


Uniting the east Suffolk food industry, Dine and Donate helps to raise funds for essential hospice care in our community. By adding a voluntary £1 donation to customers’ bills or adding a donation to their most popular dish, local restaurants, pubs and cafes along with their customers can collectively raise money to help deliver hospice services to more than 2,000 local patients and their families each year.

Joining our Dine and Donate initiative is easy to do and it’s a simple way to help support St Elizabeth Hospice’s patients and their families living with a progressive or terminal illness in east Suffolk, plus there’s lot of benefits for you too. 

The valuable pounds and pennies add up over the year to collectively raise much needed funds which will stay in the area to help us care for those in our community who need us.  Every £8 raised could be used to provide meals for a patient for one whole day. Patients start the day with a fueling breakfast, are given a balanced nutritious lunch and offered a comforting dinner over which they can chat to loved ones.  

What’s in it for you?
