Material Memories – Remembering Ben Bendall

Jean Bendall ordered three bears in memory of her husband Ben.
“My story, my husband Ben spent his last 3 weeks in the loving care of everyone at the hospice. He was a very special person, my everything for 58 yrs, and now I have a lovely memory bear. Made of material, which I supplied, looking at it now, I’m thinking the times I ironed that shirt! Bittersweet memories, but I am fortunate that the only memories I have are good ones. Once again thanks to everyone at the hospice, can never thank you enough.”
