End of Life Care for Registered Nurses (2023)

This is aimed at Registered nurses that work or have an interest in End of life Care  and caring for individuals that are reaching the dying phase . This session clarifies terminology used at end of life and reviews the 5 priorities of care.  Identifies the common symptoms at end of life and compares pharmacological and non-pharmacological management of these symptoms.  Review coping mechanisms  of the family and the carer when supporting the dying person “

  • 1st November 2023 – 9.00 am to 12.00 pm at Education Centre, St Elizabeth Hospice, Ipswich
