Great Garden Trail FAQs

Your safety and Government Guidelines

All gardens in the UK are now able to open to visitors, and we want to ensure that your visit to the Great Garden Trail is enjoy able and safe.

Our foremost priorities are to comply with government guidelines and to ensure the health and safety of our garden owners, visitors, volunteers and staff.  Should there be a change to the Guidelines that will affect the Great Garden Trail we will post on our website, and on social media.

Please use the hand sanitiser on arrival. Masks are not required in the garden but should be worn when making payments and ordering teas. Please do keep social distance from other visitors.

We do encouraging you to pre-book your tickets which can be done through the link below:

Tickets will also be available at the garden on the day, but only cash payments please.

Some of the open garden events will be offering home-made teas or other refreshments. These items have not been produced in a commercial kitchen and could therefore contain allergens.

Please note that payment can only be made using cash.

Due to the nature and size of some of the open gardens, some do not have any access for wheelchairs and other may have steep steps.  Please check our website before booking.

Some of the Open Gardens will permit dogs. Please check on the website first before taking your dog to any of the events.
