Volunteer Finance Administration Assistant

Our Finance Team are looking for a volunteer to assist with a variety of admin tasks. If you have a few hours to spare on a Thursday, we would love to hear from you!

We are looking for a volunteer finance administrator to help with a variety of admin tasks including –

  • Invoice entries  
  • Journal entries
  • Checking purchases have been received and updating systems
  • Other standard finance admin tasks on occasion may be required (electronic filing, saving attachments from emails etc)

We are looking for someone with some experience in office administration and good organisational skills. If you are free on a Thursday and have a few hours to spare, we would love to hear from you!

All volunteers will receive training to support them in their role.

St Elizabeth Hospice has a volunteer mileage/expenses policy which allows volunteers to claim expenses and mileage incurred whilst carrying out their role for the hospice.
