Volunteer Role Description

If you enjoy wrapping parcels this is the volunteer role for you. Our e-commerce team is looking for volunteers to assist with the packaging and dispatching of items sold through our eBay shop. The items to be wrapped can range from delicate pottery or clothing to larger items such as guitars! The role has varying hours to suit from Monday to Saturday.

This role is based in our Holywells Retail Centre, IP3 0DL

You will need to be able to:-

• Respond to queries from customers in a timely manner.
• Package items securely/to a high standard

Volunteers will be supported of by a line manager within a dedicated team. Full training and will be given.

St Elizabeth Hospice has a volunteer mileage/expenses policy which allows volunteers to claim expenses and mileage incurred whilst carrying out their role for the hospice.
