Hop to it! Hare Handler volunteers

Volunteer Role Description

We are looking for volunteers to help escort our beautiful hare sculptures as they begin their adventures ready for our 2025 art trail. The hare sculptures are large, so it is essential you are confident in lifting and moving. Manual handling training will be given. Whilst many of the journeys will be within Suffolk, some deliveries may be required to artists around the country.

Drivers – Driving our large Hop to it! van, you will deliver the hares to sponsors, artists and events. Find a full role description for drivers here.

Any availability will be greatly appreciated.

St Elizabeth Hospice has a volunteer mileage/expenses policy which allows volunteers to claim expenses and mileage incurred whilst carrying out their role for the hospice.
