The Great Garden Trail 2025: Otley Hall
A stunning Grade I listed 15th-century moated Tudor Hall with 10 acres of enchanting gardens, featuring wooded areas, water features, and an H-shaped canal inspired by Francis Inigo Thomas and Sylvia Landsberg. The grounds are also home to an abundance of wildlife such as otter, deer and over 75 species of bird, as well as the hall’s majestic peacocks. Explore the sculpture trail around the moat. Visit Martha’s Barn Café (pre-booking advised) for drinks, brunch, light bites, and cakes. Most gardens are level with access via lawn, gravel, or bark paths, some do have steps.
